These Terms govern use of the Khulani School Solutions website operated by Mopane Labs Private Limited. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Website purpose

This is a marketing and lead-generation website. It does not offer online checkout, create product accounts, automatically start a school subscription, or replace a signed customer agreement. A demonstration request only starts a conversation about the school’s needs; it does not create an order or agreement.

Product and pricing information

The displayed term, half-year, and annual prices are in United States dollars, include VAT, and apply per active school branch. Each displayed plan includes Jibar School ERP, Khulani AI, and Jorar AI. Product scope, onboarding, service levels, and any school-specific terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service availability, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape protected areas, or send learner records or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public form.

Intellectual property

The Khulani School Solutions identity, website design, copy, editorial images, and application code are owned by or licensed to Mopane Labs. Product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may download the pricing brochure for genuine internal school evaluation.

Links to Jibar, Khulani AI, Jorar AI, and other external sites are provided for context. Their availability, content, accounts, and terms are controlled separately. Linking to an external website does not make Mopane Labs responsible for that website’s availability, content, or operation.

No guaranteed outcomes

Website content describes product capabilities and intended uses in schools. It does not guarantee specific enrolment, campaign, learning, payment, integration, or operational outcomes. Any specific commitments must be included in the applicable signed customer agreement.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mopane Labs excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use of this public website.
