Mopane Labs Private Limited (“Mopane Labs”, “we”, “us”) operates the Khulani School Solutions website. This policy explains how we process personal information when a school representative visits this site or requests a demonstration.

Information we collect

The demonstration form collects the school name, contact person’s name, business email address, telephone number, city or town, number of branches, preferred contact method, an optional message, and the page from which the form was submitted. We do not ask for learner records or other sensitive school data through this website.

To help prevent abuse, we transform the IP address used to submit the form into a one-way keyed hash. We do not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record. Security and server logs may separately contain technical request information for troubleshooting and protecting the service.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to acknowledge the request, contact the school, understand its branch structure and priorities, arrange a demonstration, protect the form from abuse, maintain delivery records and audit histories, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Email delivery and service providers

Enquiry acknowledgements and internal notifications are sent through Mopane Labs’ Gemini email gateway. We also use infrastructure providers for application hosting, PostgreSQL data storage, Redis processing, and operational logging. We limit the information shared with each provider to what is reasonably necessary for that provider to deliver its service.

Retention and deletion

We retain enquiries while they are needed for legitimate business purposes or until an authorised administrator deletes them in response to a valid request. When an administrator deletes an enquiry, the system first marks it as deleted instead of immediately erasing it. This supports recovery and accountability. We may retain delivery records and administrator audit events for longer when reasonably necessary for operational security and record-keeping.

Security

We use access controls, secure session controls, encrypted email snapshots, one-way IP hashing, rate limits, administrator audit records, and password re-entry for sensitive actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Essential session and security cookies may be used to operate forms and administrator areas.
